- The party will have true faith and loyalty towards the Constitution of India established by law and the principles of socialism, secularism and democracy. And will keep the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India intact.
- The party will take the country forward through a socialist system under the Constitution of India. In which religious fanaticism will not be promoted.
- A separate All India High Court Commission will be formed for the appointment of High Court judges, in which written examination will be conducted for the appointment of judges and the law professors of various universities of the country will be given the responsibility of appointment in the commission so that the problem of nepotism can be eliminated.
- If the judges of the High Court or Supreme Court are found involved in corruption, then those judges will not be exempted from the impeachment process provided in the Constitution. And legal action will be taken against them under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
- No retired judge, whether he is a judge of the High Court or Supreme Court, will be made the chairman or member of the commission.
- The retirement age of government employees will be made 58 years. So that unemployed youth can get employment opportunities.
- The pension of MPs and MLAs will be stopped, for this a separate pension council will be formed. In which pension will be given only to the eligible people.
- Necessary steps will be taken for election reform, in which the law will be amended to disqualify the accused of serious crimes from contesting elections.
- Arrangements will be made to conduct the elections of Vidhan Sabha and Lok Sabha from government funds, so that the government’s dependence on corporate houses ends.
- All the government properties which have been captured in the name of privatization will be nationalized as far as possible.
- The posts which will be permanent in the government department will not be recruited as contract at any cost.
- Imports from foreign countries will be reduced as much as possible and a network of small industries will be spread so that more and more people can get employment.
- The government will ban liquor.
- The government will restart the industrialization that was stopped so that unemployment can be curbed.
- The closed factories in the country will be restarted so that the unemployed can get employment.
